sheep or dog ??

In Japan, many people don't discerned the sheeps and the dogs, so they are flimflamed by bad businessman. They spend over 2000 cash buying a fack dog. After many day, people feel strange because their dog don't bowwow. They find the fact that it is not a dog , and it is a sheep. It is very fuunything,and why the Japan don't discerned the sheeps and the dog.
